Six Degrees of Separation

This evening we had dinner with some interesting people, all good friends of my colleague Henry Xu. The main character in this story is Su Hua. He is the son of Hua Guo-Feng, the second premier of the PRC. Su Hua is a retired air force officer, but he is obviously the son of a politician. He talked, pretty much non-stop for two hours.

The topics were clearly interesting, judging from the reaction of the others in attendance. I can't really be sure as it was all in Chinese.

But the food was excellent. The restaurant was, I think, a private club called the D-Villa International Club. It is in a gated area of condominiums.
